01The problem

The calls you miss do not leave a message.

They ring the next name on the list. FlowVia answers your phone, website chat, texts and email so that stops happening, day or night, without you hiring anyone.

02The maths

Work out what voicemail is costing you.

Most people guess low. Set the sliders to your own numbers and look at the year.

Stop losing it

15 minutes. Hear it answer as your business.

03What happens

It is not an answerphone and it is not a phone menu.

01

It picks up

First ring, every time. Evenings, weekends, and while you are already on another call. A natural voice, no menus, no hold music.

02

It works out what they want

It answers questions about your business from your own information, then takes their details and reads them back to be sure they are right.

03

It books them in

Viewings, valuations, quotes and callbacks go into the diary, and the customer gets a confirmation without you touching anything.

04

You get the lead

The moment the call ends the details reach your inbox and your phone. Anything urgent gets put through to a human while the caller is still on the line.

05The important bit

It knows when to get out of the way.

The point is not to keep customers away from you. It is to make sure the right ones reach you already knowing what they want.

You set the rules

What it can quote, what it must never promise, and exactly when it transfers.

Urgent goes to a human

Serious enquiries are put through to your team mid call, with the details already taken.

Every word recorded

Full transcripts of every conversation, so you can see precisely what was said.

06Beyond the phone

The receptionist is where most people start.

It is rarely where they finish. Once the calls are handled the next question is always the same: what else is eating the week? That part gets built to order.

Automations

The repetitive work between your tools. Chasing quotes, updating the CRM, sending paperwork, moving a lead from one system to the next.

Custom AI agents

An assistant trained on your business for one specific job: triaging an inbox, qualifying enquiries, handling the admin nobody wants.

Integrations

Connecting software you already pay for so it talks to itself. CRM, calendars, invoicing, job management and property portals.

07Who sets it up
“I set every one of these up myself. I learn your business, write what the assistant knows, test it with you, and keep tuning it until it sounds right. You will not be handed a login and left to work it out, and when something needs changing you are messaging me, not a support queue.”

08Questions

What people ask before they say yes.

Will my customers know it is not a person?+

Some will and some will not. It sounds natural and it answers properly, which is what people actually care about. It never claims to be human if asked directly, and anything it cannot handle goes to your team rather than fobbing them off.

What if it does not know the answer?+

It says so and takes a message instead of inventing something. You decide which topics it should never attempt, and those go straight to you.

What if it quotes the wrong price?+

You set what it is allowed to quote, and it always frames figures as estimates subject to a proper quote. You can switch pricing off entirely and have it book a callback instead.

Do I have to change my number?+

No. Your existing number keeps working, calls are forwarded, and you can turn the whole thing off whenever you like.

How long does setup take?+

Days rather than weeks. I do the configuration myself, then we test it together before it goes anywhere near a real customer.

What does it cost?+

It depends how much you need it to handle, so I would rather show you it working on your business and talk about it honestly on the call. For most people it is less than one job a month.

Stop paying for calls you never hear about.

Fifteen minutes and you will hear it answer as your business. If it is not for you, you will know in the first minute.
